Privacy
How we handle personal information.
Who we are
This site is published by Cosmogenesis Systems Pty Ltd (ABN 31 696 821 084), based in Sydney, Australia. This policy covers this website and our correspondence with you.
What we collect
Very little. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and has no forms. If you email us, we receive what you send: your email address, your name if you include it, and the contents of your message. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, timestamps) for security and operations.
Client engagements
This policy covers this website and our correspondence. When the platform reads a client estate, that access is read-only in practice, and the handling of anything it reads is governed by the engagement agreement with that client, not by this page.
Why we collect it
To respond to you, to arrange conversations you request, and to keep the site secure and available. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
Disclosure
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers that operate this site and our email (bound by their own privacy obligations), or where the law requires us to.
Storage and security
Email and hosting infrastructure may be located outside Australia (for example, with providers operating in the United States or the European Union). We use reputable providers and protect information in transit with TLS. This site itself is served over TLS with a strict content-security policy, and makes no requests to third parties: no third-party scripts, fonts, media or trackers.
Retention
We keep correspondence for as long as it is relevant to an actual or prospective engagement, and delete it when it is no longer needed.
Access, correction and complaints
You may ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@cosmogenesis.ai. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Visitors from the EU or UK
If you visit from the European Union or the United Kingdom, the GDPR and UK GDPR give you equivalent rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction and complaint. Write to hello@cosmogenesis.ai and we will honour them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published here with a new date. This version is dated 2 July 2026.
